TICKETS

Where are my tickets?
Your tickets are in the confirmation email you received. Simply print that out, or present that email on your smartphone to our check-in team. They will scan, the QR code and you’ll be all set! Still having issues? Email us and we’d be happy to help.

Are tickets refundable?
Unfortunately not. However, you’re welcome to sell them or gift them. If you don’t know who to gift them to, email us and we’d be happy to gift them on your behalf. If for some reason, the event is cancelled due to a pandemic, all registration fees and any add-ons will be refunded.

KIDS

Can I bring my child?
Children under the age of one are welcome to attend however, the suggested age for this conference is at least 18 years of age.

Is there a place for strollers?
We have limited stroller parking. We encourage you to travel as light as possible.

FOOD

What about snacks?
Coffee and light snacks will be available for purchase. Just make sure you enjoy them before entering the sanctuary; food and drink is not allowed.

Will meals be served at the event?
No, however there are plenty of great options for food nearby.
